When approaching people we care about, we start with preparing a welcome tray, nothing extravagant, but rather personal, intimate and welcoming.
Here we leave our signature, with the identity printed of how we live our way, in our house.
Blueberry cake
Blueberry cake: affection, flavor and memories to make and share at home
Ingredients
- 200g of butter at room temperature
- 200g of mascarpone cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 250g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150ml of whole milk
- 150g of fresh blueberries (or frozen)
- Sugar for dusting (optional)
Step by Step
- Preparar the base: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter and flour a medium-sized mold, or use baking paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Reserve.
- Beat butter and sugar: In another bowl, beat butter with sugar until it forms a clear and airy cream.
- Add eggs and vanilla: beat eggs one at a time, incorporating well, and add vanilla essence.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients: alternate the flour mixture with the milk, starting and ending with the flour, gently stirring.
- Incorporar blueberries: lastly, wrap the blueberries carefully to avoid breaking them.
- Assar: bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
- Finalizar: let it cool, remove from the mold and, if you want, polish with powdered sugar before serving.

beat slowly, without haste and choose the berries with care, to create memories of affection in each slice.
