Pause to Feel
Today is Saturday. And maybe the most we ask of the day is presence -
Not to produce, not to render,
But to listen with gentleness.
After a week without breaks, sometimes all that the body and mind need is space.
Space to feel without haste. To not respond to anything. To exist with lightness.
There are days when we can only keep going because we squeeze the automatic mode. But what passes without pause slowly loses its color.
Deep breathing, walking without destination, moving the body, closing the eyes for a few minutes with awareness - are silent ways of oxygenating the brain and the heart.
A simple sequence of Kundalini breaths can change our emotional state in minutes. Or maybe what works for you today is just not doing anything - and that also works.
It is important to remember that accepting what we feel does not weaken us. On the contrary: it is what makes the light return to be ours - not the one that shines outward, but the one that illuminates from within.
And if you want, to distance yourself a little from the stages... from the networks, which at the end of the day, are just a cut. They do not show the backstage, nor the pauses that save us.
It is not the complexity of being someone who feels everything - and even so, goes on.
Today, maybe, the greatest courage is this: to stop.
To look at what you are feeling with kindness.
And remember that it is necessary to the dark, to make the light return again.
With kindness,
