Hello September

September seems to start with its own light, and asks for our insights and a little of the last experiences that are worth sharing here, almost in a fine adjustment, of the path we will follow together in the month that starts today.

While we still breathe memories of August, we compile conversations, dialogues, exchanges and experiences that can extend to you.

I started the month with the chance of a carousel about conscious habits and choices that are not at random, they were pure resonance: ?micro-pauses?, small gifts we give ourselves throughout the day. They have and generate real impact on our perception of well-being and mental clarity. With goals set and the end of the year approaching, September comes as the perfect moment for route adjustment, which asks for mental clarity to focus on intentional projects.

Sometimes we let ourselves just go and flow. It's great, but what about those projects and goals that with this we forget?

The beginning of the month can appear to us as an invitation to review plans, intention and priorities.
