Beyond Wanting
There is a reminder that we always return to: the power of a heart truly grateful.
The start of the year usually comes loaded with intention. Even when we try to pause, our head is already a few steps ahead: thinking about what to adjust, loaded with dreams, goals and new objectives.
It's almost automatic. We keep wanting, even when we already have so much in our hands.
This constant wanting is not always a healthy ambition.
Sometimes, it's just a way of, without realizing it, living oriented by the lack, by what has not yet come, and by what we imagine needs to happen.
The reminder we bring today, gratitude, that walks in the opposite direction.
It is a frequency, that brings us back to the present.
When we are in this state, something transforms. Our body relaxes a little. The mind slows down. The nervous system leaves the alert mode and enters a more receptive place.
Perception widens, judgment loses strength, and decisions become less reactive and clearer.
The curious thing is that this passes unnoticed even for those who have read a lot about the subject: gratitude does not transform the external world immediately.
It transforms the point from which we look at the world. And this, by itself, changes a lot.
Gratitude reorganizes faster. Adjusts the focus. Smoothens the path. And, sometimes, changes the outcome without us realizing it.
What we call manifesting may not be creating something from scratch, but seeing the doors that are already there.
When we position ourselves in gratitude before the event, we stop resisting and start witnessing doors opening.
We are very grateful to those who read, observe and walk with us.
May the year begin with less pressure to want more and more awareness of what is already around us.
