TR Circle
Women's Journey
Last week, we opened the doors of Studio TH to welcome TR Circle, a community created by Thais Roque @thaisroque, of the podcast De Carona na Carreira, to connect women leading businesses, projects, and brands, in a single ecosystem.
Today, this community forms an ecosystem of women-led businesses that together generate R$ 1.5 billion.
I work every day to accelerate purpose-driven businesses. In TR Circle, I handpick women with a long-term vision, ambition, and a sense of community. Women who understand that to grow also means to build a giant life that goes beyond ourselves.

We seek to create space for real exchanges between founders and entrepreneurs who share learnings, challenges, and experiences with those building and leading businesses every day, an ecosystem that accelerates the growth process.
In an intimate conversation, we shared a bit of TH's story, the behind-the-scenes of our journey, and today, the AI tools that have accompanied us over the past few months.
Through different strategies and many business perspectives, we discussed the path to building a brand, everyday management, creativity throughout the process, metrics and marketing and lifestyle tools, in an afternoon of genuine sharing, where many insights kept echoing.
Always welcome was a chapter about AI, and the privilege of having access to good information every day, in this technological race we are living.

When the topic is entrepreneurship and the strength that drives the feminine collective, we welcomed a partnering duo of TH, Gabi Lacerda Mascarenhas from Shantori, and Roberta Zogbi from Petite Fleur, who came to share a bit of their journeys with our guests.
Gabi created Brazil's first sparkling tea, a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage made with Pai Mu Tan, an ancient Chinese white tea harvested in spring and originating from the mountains of Fujian province. Roses and a touch of orange citrus are delicately added to the Pai Mu Tan, as a tribute to a tradition of women, now in their third generation, who have cultivated flowers in Rio Grande do Sul.
Roberta has entered a new chapter for Petite Fleur with the opening of the brand's first café, a new sales channel, and a space that expresses the Petite universe, with a menu of her own creation, as with everything she does.
The new location has just opened its doors at Rua Horácio Lafer 523 - Chácara Itaim.
We shared an afternoon of honest exchanges, shared repertoires, and the confirmation that good connections remain one of the most valuable assets for entrepreneurs.
