Get to know some tips from Ayurveda for the fall:

Prefer hot and moist nutritional meals to balance with the external climate. -
Consume spices that warm, such as turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. -
Keep hands and feet hot. -
Prioritize foods (from the time) of red and orange colors, as they have the present fire element and heat from the inside out. -
Opt for food and cream foods, which digest better, as at this time we feel more need to nourish ourselves and the tendency is to eat more. -
Avoid cold drinks as they disrupt digestion.
