RECIPE: PORRIDGE

Another one to warm up cold mornings.

Oatmeal

Ingredients

• 
  1 teaspoon of coconut oil or butter
• 
  1 cup of vegetable milk
• 
  5 flat spoons of oat
• 
  Cinnamon

Preparation mode

1. 
   Melt coconut oil or butter.
2. 
   Add vegetable milk, oats, and then a little cinnamon.
3. 
   Mix until thickened.

You can add chopped fruit, chia, cocoa nibs, cardamom, fennel or raisins to finish off the porridge.
