UPDATE YOUR LIST
To make it easier every time we receive someone at home, we made an almost automatic checklist, ranging from the flower arrangements always present in environments that call for life and match these moments, to making sure that all the candles are lit in our sanctuary. , whatever the occasion, to make everything even more special.
IN THE WASHBASIN
Everything that is not lacking in the organization of the bathroom - which is always in order, after all, we never know when we will have surprises.
-
ON BAR TRAY
Whether the menu will be homemade or not, there are some things that should always be there to make the visitor feel comfortable, such as the drink corner - and what we like to include in it:
-
water, especially when we serve alcohol -
cups -
trays -
Water jar -
sparkling water as we like extra variety -
napkin -
Juice or soda -
Coconut Water -
flavored water, for an even better look and taste -
openers, cups and everything that matches what we are going to serve, to compose
ON THE BOARD
As we always like to be prepared, we always have our must-haves of everything we usually serve and we always love to have at home:
-
types of bread, such as swedish bread, fresh baguette, toast and grissinis -
some hard or creamy cheese - our must haves are: full moon, reblochon, morro azul Vermont -
cold cuts - we love Jamón ibérico and Prosciutto de Parma, and when we have more time to prepare, smoked salmon with sour cream is one of our favorites
If you also like to give special touches to the productions, you can try adding sprigs of rosemary to give even more life to your board, or even honey, pepper jelly, nuts or dried fruits to accompany the cheese of your choice.
TIP
We are fans of beiju: Brazilian, practical, quick and easy to prepare. Just put it in the oven with coarse salt and rosemary, or with parmesan cheese, and that's it! Everyone always loves and asks how it is done.
Finally, don't forget that the most important thing is to receive with joy, with an open heart, paying attention to everyone, with organization and planning in advance that allows you to enjoy every moment. Oh, and our latest quirk that we can't help but share: a spritz of home spray before they arrive is always very welcome.
