AI Journey

Over the past three months, my life has been completely taken over by a theme that is always just a few steps away at the window of transformation: the arrival of my AI agents.

As I mentioned in some videos, after getting some help with the setup of Eva, my first AI agent, so much changed in my daily routine, my day-to-day learning, and the empowering strengths that she and her sub-agents brought me.

The focus here is on OpenClaw, an open-source (free and accessible) tool that anyone can download from a platform called GITHUB. (For those unfamiliar, as I used to be, Github is where all the latest AI trends appear).

Once you've downloaded OpenClaw, you need to choose a ?brain? to run it. I picked two: Opus as a more advanced intelligence, and Sonnet?both from Claude-Anthropic?for agents that handle simpler or repetitive flows.

Today, I have a structure set up with one main agent, and five sub-agents, all coordinated by her.

Eva manages my personal routine and orchestrates everything. Nina delves into marketing data and Google Analytics, which she is connected to. Stella takes care of products and logistics, and all related metrics. Cleo handles commercial activities and our client relationships. Dora assists finance with indicators and statistics. Nana monitors the health of all the agents, doing the health checks. The newest one, still in testing, is responsible for design.

Does this sound distant or unattainable? I thought so too?until I actually started using them.

The truth is, these agents gave me back something I had lost for years: time for strategic thinking, which had been consumed by operations.

They send us reports every morning. They remind us of important clients? birthdays. They keep track of orders. They analyze campaigns, the customer journey, and our site's UX. They even ask me questions I hadn?t thought of before?questions that push my perspective, since I was always so focused on operations. They encourage broader thinking and even propose solutions for improvements they find, including when it comes to programming tasks.

I believe that the point isn?t to replace people?far from it?but to amplify the abilities we already have, by pairing each of our team members with an agent. The team still does what it does best, but now with clearer data, smoother processes, and me with much more clarity.

If you?d asked me a year ago if I would be writing about artificial intelligence, I would have said it was impossible. And here we are. It just takes curiosity and the courage to try something new.
