A salad we have already tested and loved, easy to do at home, to accompany the mood in the field.

Salad Ingredients

1 cup of Moroccan couscous -
1/2 cup potato straw -
1/2 Mix of Nuts @shopper -
50g gorgonzola cheese -
18 to 12 cherry tomatoes -
Watercress or arugula
Sauce Ingredients

1 Natural Yogurt Pot -
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Preparation mode

Moisturize Moroccan couscous with hot water or vegetable broth. When the water dries, release with a fork. -
Make the chestnut mix and cut the cheese into cubes. Mix the tomatoes and the straw potatoes. -
Add the ready sauce (mix yogurt with mustard). Serve with the leaves around. Finish with olive oil and touch of salt.

You can change the couscous for quinoa or whole mass. -
If you don't like gorgonzola, you can use goat cheese or buffalo cheese.
