The coldest season of the year is there and for some, the eve of vacation too! Do you have a better mood to slow down?
We have gathered some basic tips that we are loving to include in everyday life for a war, warm and aligned with this time of year:
Scald feet
Reduces swelling and relieves the whole body and heats up.
You will need:

2 spoons of coarse salt -
Few droplets of lavender essential oil -
2 bags of chamomile tea
Add everything to 1L of hot water and enjoy your 15 min of pure relax! A massaging oil is always welcome.
SWEET DREAMS WITH AYURVEDA
Ayurveda indicates a glass of hot milk with turmeric and nutmeg before bed to induce good sleep. We tested and love!
PUMPKIN SOUP
No meal that matches more with winter than soup!
Separate:
-
1/2 Japanese pumpkin -
5 cm of sliced ginger -
1 chopped onion -
3 ground garlic cloves -
1 1/2 liter of water -
Olive oil to taste
Preparation mode:

Cook the pumpkin, remove the shell, diced and sauté into a pan with ginger, garlic and onion. Then add water until it covers the ingredients and, when it starts to boil, cover the pan and cook for 40 minutes. -
Finally, add salt, olive oil, black pepper and gorgonzola cheese cubes!
