Do you know those long Sunday mornings where they are always welcome more hours at the table?
Whether it's up to update the past week, to leave some time for reading or even to enjoy the slow live weekend.
Thinking precisely in these moments, we wanted to say that we found and were impacted by some beautiful entry recipes to see, and apparently quite easy to make.
We are already crazy to test, but first we share here with you, if you want to be part of this cooking experience with us.
Tomato tartar
Tomato tartar, cream cheese, olives and Parma ham, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
-
3 tomates grandes -
6 large black olives without a pit -
Cream cheese -
4 slices of Parma ham -
Salt and pepper to taste
For basil oil:

7 tablespoons of olive oil -
Sicilian half -lemon juice -
12 basil leaves -
1 clove of garlic
Preparation mode
Beat everything with a mixer and sift.

Tartelette de Brie and Figo
Can be served as entry or at the time of appetizers
Ingredients

Puff pastry -
200g brie cheese -
Mature figs -
2 tablespoons of honey -
2 tablespoons of chopped nuts -
Fresh thyme leaves -
Olive oil (for brush) -
Ground black pepper
Modo de Preparo
After mounting the ingredients, just bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the melted cheese.

HOMEMADE TOASTS
Ricotta toasts in two versions: Heirloom tomatoes with leeks of leeks and caramelized peaches with honey and mint.

Garlic Flowers -
Peach -
Mel -
Mint
Preparation mode
Bring bread to grill in the frying pan and caramelize peaches before the toast assembly.
